EQUIPMENT MANAGER
Hall Contracting of Kentucky is a 100% Employee-Owned Company. We have been in business since 1954 and we are seeking an Equipment Manager to manage our fleet of Construction Equipment and Vehicles. Essential Functions
- Coordinate the scheduling, maintenance, repair and utilization of equipment
- Equipment reporting and tracking including utilization, hour meters and mileage
- Responsible for purchases, rentals and lease options of new and used equipment and vehicles.
- Invoice reconciliation
- Work Order Management
- Manage Shop Mechanics
- Provide coordination of equipment maintenance and readiness to meet specific project and organizational needs
- Conduct equipment purchases versus rent analysis
- Coordinate the transportation and scheduling of equipment for our projects
- Generate equipment rates and help determine equipment values
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position in our office on Crittenden Drive, Louisville, KY.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 5+ years experience in heavy construction equipment maintenance, repair and utilization.
