High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Essential Job Functions
2 years of experience preferred.
The Asphalt Screw Man’s primary function is to adjust the screed height on the paving machine to ensure proper depth, grade and finish. The Screw Man is also responsible for ensuring the consistency of the asphalt mat and the overall ride quality of the finished pavement.
