Job Description
The Foreman manages activities of a crew of workers concerned with the construction of a portion of the project.

Desired Knowledge and/or Skills
Blueprint and specification reading, Mathematics. Has knowledge and understanding to plan for every task to be performed in a safe manner.

Education
High School equivalency. 2 years of experience as a foreman or promoted from within the company. May be required to attend training to learn Company safety requirements.

Supervised By
Project assigned supervisor

Essential Job Functions
Keep daily field records. Conduct weekly jobsite safety meetings. Employ necessary workers to productively complete the work within costs and the schedule. Manage workers continuously. Prepare employee payroll. Complete various company paperwork. Coordinates work with other crews and subcontractors. Inspects work for compliance with specifications and safety requirements. Be responsible for Company tools and equipment.

Other Job Functions
Driving, Typing. May assist other trades as directed by the job superintendent.

Constantly – Activity exists 2/3 or more of the time:

Working Conditions
Frequent exposure to weather, dust and fumes. Occasionally working in high or exposed places. Working in a LOUD noise intensity level.

Job Requirements
* Applicants must have at least a High school diploma/GED or equivalent
* Applicants are preferred to have had at least 5 years experience
* Applicants must be at least 18
* Applicants preferred to hold a Regular Operator (Class D) driving license 
* Applicant must be able to travel when needed.
* Applicant must have no felonies in the last 7 years that included but not limited to theft and violent crime.
* Applicant must be able to manage a 10+ person crew.
* Applicant must be able to manage logistics and trucking.
* Applicant must be able to manage material.
* Applicant must have experience using Electronic Grade Sensor.
* Applicant must be able to work with vendors and all levels of management.
* Applicant must computer literate preferred.
* Applicant must be safety conscious.

* Salary range $80,000 - $100,000
* Working days vary between weekdays and weekends
* 60 hours per week

* Overtime is required for this position
