Project Management
Create budgets and field details/plans for projects. Maintains communication with the customer, subcontractors, superintendents and foreman. Participate in the development of construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation.Estimate various projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Professional representation of self and HALL Contracting.
- Proficient communication skills via social media, email, phone and face to face.
- Ability to read plans and specifications in order to understand the project at hand.
- Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with construction projects.
- Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs and scheduling
Full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Construction Management preferred. Qualified candidates are required to have 2 years of Estimating construction projects. A proven track record of business to business sales is preferred. Estimating experience is preferred. Must have no felonies that are violent in nature and/or theft related in the last 7 years.
